Job summary

Minor Hotels AU & NZ is seeking a proactive Property Manager for MINT Residential on a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract, based in Melbourne CBD with hybrid work options. You’ll manage a boutique portfolio of under 150 Minor Hotels branded properties, delivering high-quality service and strong tenant relations.

You’ll join a supportive team backed by a global hotel group, with opportunities for growth, a comprehensive benefits package, and a role that contributes to ongoing learning

Qualifications

• Hold a Class 2 licence.
• Minimum 2 years Property Management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise as required.
• Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously.
• Availability to work Saturdays when required (on an ad hoc basis).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels)
• Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer service
• Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required
• Communicate effectively with tenants
• Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
• Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
• Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management
• Monday to Friday position
• Office located in Melbourne CBD
