Job summary

Minor Hotels is seeking a Property Manager to join the Melbourne team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. Based in Melbourne CBD, you will manage a boutique portfolio under Minor Hotels branding, provide outstanding tenant service, and support leasing and property handovers.

Qualifications

• Hold a Class 2 licence.
• Minimum 2 years Property Management experience.
• Strong communication skills capable of building lasting tenant, owner and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of property management procedures and current legislation.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously.
• Flexible availability to work Saturdays on an ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a boutique portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments.
• Handle incoming rental enquiries with exceptional customer service.
• Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and stakeholders.
• Draft and support leasing handovers and property handovers.
• Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople.
• Utilise the Console Cloud program for effective property management.
