Minor Hotels AU & NZ is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join MINT Residential on a 12‑month fixed-term maternity leave coverage in Melbourne. You’ll be part of a tight‑knit, high‑performing team within a global hotel group, managing a boutique portfolio of fewer than 150 properties and delivering exceptional tenant service.

Based in our Melbourne CBD office, the role offers hybrid working with limited Saturday work and a strong support structure, including invoicing and compliance handled

Qualifications

• Hold a Class 2 licence.
• Minimum 2 years Property Management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with tenants, owners and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of property management procedures and legislation.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude; able to work as part of a team or autonomously.
• Availability to work Saturdays on an ad hoc basis.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks, Avani).
• Handle rental enquiries with exceptional customer service.
• Conduct opening, routine and exit inspections as required.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and owners.
• Draft and support leasing and property handovers.
• Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople.
• Utilise Console Cloud for property management.
