Job summary

Prospect Country House in Richmond, Tasmania is seeking a motivated Hospitality All-Rounder to join our boutique luxury estate. This hands-on role blends Front of House, Back of House and housekeeping duties with a focus on guest experience and presentation.

You will support a small professional team across dining, bar, events, and accommodation services. The role offers variety, reliability, and opportunities for growth in a premier wine region.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in FOH hospitality, BOH, housekeeping, or customer service preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organised, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings
• Current RSA certificate desirable

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
• Provide table service, take orders, and deliver food and beverages
• Assist with bar service, coffee preparation, and wine service
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting dining environment
• Manage dinner and accommodation bookings, process payments, and assist with events as required
• Wash dishes, glasses, clean restaurant and guest kitchen areas, and maintain hygiene standards
• Assist with stock rotation and storage of deliveries
• Ensure all kitchen and back-of-house areas are clean, safe, and well-organised
• Breakfast service, guest check outs, general admin and email and phone responses
• Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
