Job summary

NRMA Parks and Resorts seeks an experienced All-Rounder for a casual role at Pumphouse Point, Tasmania. You’ll work across guest services, housekeeping and F&B, rotating as needed to support multiple departments in a remote location.

The role offers staff accommodation, flexibility and the chance to grow within the NRMA Group. Candidates with RSA and Food Safety certifications are preferred and a passion for guest experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services, reservations and engagement with guests.
• Experience in F&B and housekeeping operations a plus.
• Certificate and driving licence requirements as listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest services, reservations and bookings, and communicate needs across departments.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
• Set up and host breakfast and dinner service, manage larder lunch packs and restock bars.
