Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts, including Pumphouse Point, is seeking experienced All-Rounder Couples for casual roles in guest services, housekeeping, and food & beverage. You’ll deliver exceptional guest experiences, rotate across departments, and support day-to-day operations in a remote Tasmanian locale.

You’ll bring strong guest service experience, hospitality qualifications, and flexibility to work across areas, with RSA and food safety knowledge considered advantages.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service experience and a professional approach.
• Ability to manage reservations and guest requests with accuracy.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to support multiple areas of the business as required.
• Current RSA accreditation and completion of a Food Safety certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest Services: welcome guests, manage reservations and communicate needs across teams.
• Housekeeping and F&B support: maintain rooms, stock, and assist with breakfast and bar operations.
• Work across departments as needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
