Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in hospitality or accommodation management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sound understanding of accommodation presentation, guest safety and safety requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance.
• Knowledge of local attractions and ability to arrange personalized guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and oversee daily accommodation operations, including reservations and check-in/check-out.
• Coordinate housekeeping, laundry and maintenance to meet cleanliness and guest comfort standards.
• Supervise staff and service providers, allocate duties and train.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints and implement improvements.
• Monitor accommodation revenue and operating costs, maintain financial records.
• Manage accommodation supplies and coordinate purchasing within budgets.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Liaise with property owners regarding maintenance and service standards.
