Job summary

The Vintage Holiday Houses in Pokolbin, Hunter Valley, NSW, seeks a proactive Property Manager to oversee about 80 privately owned holiday houses, ensuring high standards, smooth operations, and strong owner and guest relationships.

You will report to the Operations Manager and collaborate with Maintenance, Cleaning, Reservations and Accounting teams to keep properties guest-ready and well-presented.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or holiday accommodation
• Strong owner and stakeholder relationship skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven organisational ability and attention to detail
• Current driver’s licence
• Experience with holiday letting or short-term stays is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of approximately 80 holiday houses
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners
• Onboard new properties into the portfolio
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance
• Ensure properties are guest-ready and meet presentation standards
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Cleaning, Reservations and Accounting teams
• Provide updates to Operations Manager on property matters
