Job summary

Serene Dental in Bayside NSW seeks an experienced Practice Manager to drive growth, optimize chair utilisation, and elevate the patient experience toward a boutique standard.

You will lead a small high-performing team, create SOPs, manage rosters, wages, stock, AR, FTAs, recalls, and collaborate on marketing, partnerships, and conversions. A flexible 3, 4 or 5 day week with a performance bonus offers 80k-95k base plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Practice Manager / Clinic Manager in Dental.
• Proven growth results, not just admin.
• Strong numbers mindset.

Own daily operations, team, profitability and growth. This is not a reception cover role. You will grow the business by increasing chair utilisation, rebooking rate, and treatment acceptance. Make operations more efficient to increase profits by managing rosters, wages %, stock, AR, FTAs, and recalls. Elevate the patient journey to 5-star boutique hotel standard. Lead, coach and roster a small high-performing team and create SOPs. Aid with marketing by owning Google Reviews, Instagram, enquiries, and website conversion. Build local partnerships with corporate, gyms, cafes, cosmetic clinics, and local press. Think outside the box in a very competitive market and bring creative ideas to attract high-value patients.

Highly rewarding role.

$42-$48/hr + performance bonus, flexible 3, 4 or 5 days. Equivalent to $80k-$95k full-time base + bonus.
