Job summary

Serene Dental in Bayside NSW seeks an experienced Practice Manager to drive growth, optimize chair utilisation, and elevate the patient experience toward a boutique standard.

You will lead a small high-performing team, create SOPs, manage rosters, wages, stock, AR, FTAs, recalls, and collaborate on marketing, partnerships, and conversions. A flexible 3, 4 or 5 day week with a performance bonus offers 80k-95k base plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Practice Manager / Clinic Manager in Dental.
• Proven growth results, not just admin.
• Strong numbers mindset.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business: increase chair utilisation, rebooking rate, treatment acceptance
• Manage rosters, wages %, stock, AR, FTAs, recalls to increase efficiency and profits
• Lead, coach and roster small high-performing team
• Create SOPs
• Own Google Reviews, Instagram, enquiries, website conversion
• Build local partnerships with corporate, gyms, cafes, cosmetic clinics, local press
• Bring creative ideas to attract high-value patients in a competitive market
