Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in early childhood education is required.
• Proven leadership experience in early childhood settings.
• Strong understanding of NQF, NQS and EYLF.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the educator team.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing and enrolments.
• Drive educational quality and continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with NQF, NQS and EYLF.
• Build strong relationships with families and the wider community.
