Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organisation and people-management skills.
• Proven leadership experience in early learning settings is required.
• Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS and EYLF is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing educators team.
• Foster a positive workplace culture where staff feel supported and valued.
• Drive educational excellence and continuous improvement across the service.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, EYLF and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee staffing, rostering, enrolments, budgets and daily operations.
• Develop strong relationships with children, families and community.
• Collaborate with Approved Providers to shape ongoing development and success.
