Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in early childhood education is required.
• Proven leadership experience in early childhood settings.
• Strong understanding of NQF, NQS and EYLF.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.

What we're looking for:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT).
• Previous leadership experience as a Centre Director, Assistant Director, 2IC or Educational Leader.
• Strong understanding of the NQF, NQS and EYLF.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• A proactive, supportive leadership style and genuine passion for early childhood education.
