Mighty Me Early Learning Centre in Sefton, NSW, seeks an exceptional Centre Director to lead a boutique 28-place service. You’ll know every child, every family and every educator, with autonomy, budgetary authority and support from engaged Approved Providers to turn ideas into reality.

You’ll lead the culture, educational quality and day-to-day operations, while maintaining strong partnerships with families and the local community for quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of NQF, NQS and EYLF requirements.
• Experience in budgeting, rostering and centre operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Build a culture for educators to stay and grow.
• Create exceptional experiences for children and families.
• Drive educational quality and continuous improvement.
• Maintain NQF, NQS, EYLF and regulatory standards.
• Lead staffing, rostering, enrolments and budgets.
