Job summary
Mighty Me Early Learning Centre in Sefton, NSW, seeks an exceptional Centre Director to lead a boutique 28-place service. You’ll know every child, every family and every educator, with autonomy, budgetary authority and support from engaged Approved Providers to turn ideas into reality.

Mighty Me Early Learning Centre is looking for an exceptional Centre Director to lead our boutique 28-place service in Sefton.
Mighty Me was founded by a husband-and-wife team with professional backgrounds in medicine and paediatric speech pathology, and a shared belief that the first five years of a child's life deserve extraordinary care, education and investment.
We have created something special: a beautifully renovated, intimate early learning environment with excellent resources, a strong team and a genuine commitment to quality.
We're now looking for a Director who wants to make it their own.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a boutique 28-place centre with the resources of a much larger organisation, while retaining the warmth and relationships of a small service.
You’ll know every child.

As Centre Director, you’ll have genuine ownership of the culture, educational quality and day-to-day leadership of Mighty Me.
You’ll work directly with engaged Approved Providers who value expertise, move quickly on good ideas and believe that exceptional early education requires exceptional investment in its people.

Our Sefton centre has been thoughtfully and extensively renovated, creating beautiful indoor and outdoor environments designed for learning, exploration and connection.

You’ll have strong operational, educational and resource budgets and direct access to decision-makers when you see an opportunity to make the centre better.

You’ll take overall leadership of the Sefton service, including:
Inspiring, mentoring and developing a high-performing team.

Maintaining excellent NQF, NQS, EYLF and regulatory standards.
Leading staffing, rostering, enrolments, budgets and centre operations.

Working directly with the Approved Providers on the continued development of Mighty Me.
