Job summary

Coastal Babysitters is seeking a superstar to join our busy team on the Gold Coast. You will help families find the right babysitters and turn enquiries into bookings, keeping the workflow smooth and on track in a fast-paced, phone‑driven environment.

This part‑time role suits someone who thrives under pressure, is organised, and enjoys building rapport with families and sitters. Work is office‑based in Mudgeeraba, with shifts finishing in the late afternoon and flexible days when needed.

We're looking for a superstar to join our fun, friendly and fast-paced Coastal Babysitters team!

You know that person who can juggle multiple bookings and systems, think on their feet, solve problems and somehow keep everything running smoothly?

That's who we're looking for!

You'll be helping families find amazing babysitters, matching the right sitters with the right families, turning enquiries into bookings and keeping everything moving. When plans change or a booking needs filling, you'll jump on the phone, find solutions and get things sorted!

It's busy, rewarding, sometimes unpredictable and never boring!
