Job summary

Sunshine Coast Radiology is seeking a friendly Booking Centre Agent to coordinate appointments and create a seamless patient experience on the Sunshine Coast. The role offers full-time or part-time hours (minimum 3 days) with weekday shifts from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

You will be the first point of contact, manage scheduling in the Karisma RIS system, provide fee quotes, and help prepare patients for their visits. No medical admin experience is required as full training is provided.

• Advanced computer and keyboarding skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

• Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma)
• Keep workflows efficient and organised
• Provide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearly
• Help prepare patients for their visit with the information they need
