Job summary

Baltic Group seeks an experienced Boilermaker to join our structural maintenance crew at the Kestrel Wash Plant. You will perform remediation and maintenance works as part of a dedicated team under an experienced supervisor, contributing to a safe, efficient site operation.

The role offers a 4/3 roster with travel Mondays to site and transport from the workshop. Competitive hourly rates apply, with days and nights available and a supportive on-site team.

Boilermaker – Kestrel Wash Plant

Join Our Structural Maintenance Team | 4/3 Roster | $70/hr

We are currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our structural maintenance crew at the Kestrel Wash Plant.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for consistent work, a lifestyle-friendly roster, competitive hourly rates, and a well-supported site team.

What’s on Offer

• 4/3 roster – Monday to Thursday
• Travel in Monday and return home Thursday
• $70 per hour – dayshift
• $75 per hour – nightshift (however, this position is expected to be primarily dayshift)
• Transport provided from our workshop to site
• Work within an established structural maintenance crew
• Dedicated crew of 5 with your own experienced supervisor
• Opportunity to work on a range of structural remediation and maintenance projects within the Kestrel Wash Plant

The Role

As a Boilermaker, you will be working as part of our structural crew undertaking remediation and maintenance works throughout the Kestrel Wash Plant.

The role will suit a tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship, can work effectively as part of a team, and is comfortable working in an industrial environment.

You will be supported by a dedicated supervisor and work alongside a small, experienced crew, allowing for a strong team environment and clear direction on site.
