Job summary

Richglen Maintenance Services is expanding our CHPP Maintenance Crew and seeking qualified Boilermakers, Mechanical Fitters and Riggers to join our permanent team in Bowen Basin, QLD. The role operates on a 4/3 roster with transport provided, offering steady work and opportunities to develop skills within CHPP maintenance.

You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople to deliver planned maintenance, repairs and minor upgrades across CHPP operations, ensuring safety and quality on every task.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification required: Boilermaker, Mechanical Fitter or Rigger
• Mining or maintenance experience preferred
• Current Standard 11 required
• Coal Board Medical current
• Working at Heights certification
• Confined Space training
• Gas Test Atmospheres awareness
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Planned CHPP maintenance and scheduled down-day activities
• Mechanical and structural maintenance and repairs

RICHGLEN'S NEW CHPP MAINTENANCE CREW

Richglen Maintenance Services is expanding our CHPP Maintenance Crew and we're looking for Boilermakers, Mechanical Fitters and Riggers to join our permanent team.

Working a 4/3 roster, you'll have the opportunity to build your mining career while enjoying a consistent roster and home every weekend!

You'll be joining a growing Richglen team delivering planned maintenance, repairs and minor projects across CHPP operations, with the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a supportive team environment.

THE ROLE

As part of our new CHPP Maintenance Crew, you'll work alongside experienced tradespeople and supervisors to deliver planned maintenance and repair work across CHPP operations.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Planned CHPP maintenance and scheduled down-day activities
• Mechanical and structural maintenance and repairs
• Minor projects and maintenance upgrades
• Rigging and trade support activities
• Working across a range of CHPP equipment and maintenance areas
• Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard

WHAT WE OFFER

• $70/hr Day Shift
• $75/hr Night Shift

Riggers

• $65/hr Day Shift
• $70/hr Night Shift
