Job summary

Brown Contracting Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Boilermaker for ongoing CHPP structural, mechanical and piping work in the Hunter Valley region. You will interpret drawings, fabricate, assemble and modify components while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Trade-certified Boilermaker with MDG25 and Working at Heights.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and specifications for fabrication, assembly, installation and modification tasks.
• Work on CHPP Structural, Mechanical & Piping projects.

As an experienced Boilermaker at Brown Contracting Solutions, you will play a vital role in the construction, maintenance and modification of fixed mining infrastructure. These full-time positions offer the opportunity to work for a well-established company in the Hunter Valley mining industry where no two days are the same!!

What you'll be doing

Interpreting drawings and specifications for fabrication, assembly, installation and modification tasks

Working on a vast range of CHPP Structural, Mechanical & Piping (SMP) Projects

Collaborating with the team to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards

Taking pride in your work and having a good crack

What we're looking for

Boilermaker - Trade Certificate, MDG25, EWP, Working at Heights. Confined space and rigging Rigging/Dogging desirable.

Experience in Coal Handling Preparation Plants (CHPP) Projects, maintenance, structural Integrity, installation and modifications to structural steel & platework.

Ability to read and interpret drawings

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
