Job summary

Pitcher Partners Melbourne is seeking a personable Boardroom Attendant to deliver premium dining and beverage experiences across our client spaces, cafe and event areas. You will work with the Client Services Manager to create welcoming environments and seamless service.

The role is full-time, based in Docklands CBD, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to showcase barista skills, food handling, and POS operations while supporting the internal cafe and conference room setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/food service or barista roles.
• Certification in food handling/responsible service of alcohol (desirable).
• Previous experience using POS software.

Responsibilities

• Creating a warm and welcoming environment
• Responding to queries promptly and professionally
• Delivering food & beverage service to client floors and event spaces
• Setting up and packing down conference rooms and events spaces
• Supporting internal cafe with food handling and barista duties
• Maintaining back of house areas in a clean, organised state

About the team

Sitting within our Practice Management Group, the Client Services team is key in facilitating the efficient and seamless delivery of all client meetings, presentations and events. We are currently looking to grow our team with a polished Boardroom Attendant attendant. Your ability to work collaboratively to deliver a high level of service consistent with the Pitcher Partners brand and core values is imperative.

About the role

You will work closely with the Client Services Manager and the team to deliver exceptional experiences to all internal and external stakeholders. In a prompt, professional and judicious manner you will coordinate and deliver a premium dining and beverage experience throughout our event spaces, and café.

This role is being offered on a permanent full-time basis (Monday to Friday) and is based in our CBD office in Docklands.

Key responsibilities

• Creating a warm and welcoming environment
• Responding to queries in a prompt and professional manner
• Delivery of food & beverage service to our client floor, event spaces and training rooms in a prompt and judicious manner
• Day to day setup and pack down of conference rooms and events spaces
• Support of our internal cafe with your food handling and barista skills
• Maintain the back of house areas including kitchens and storerooms in a clean and organised manner
• Making coffees as required
• Provide operational administration support as required
