Pitcher Partners is hiring a Talent Partner to proactively source high-quality candidates from new grads to Directors and to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

You will partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and team culture, conduct candidate screening, and deliver a professional and inclusive candidate experience as a Pitcher Partner representative. Flexible work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing in a talent short market using direct outreach.
• Exposure to running a volume recruitment campaign in an early careers setting.
• Confident communicator and negotiator—engaging with senior leadership and top candidates as a subject matter expert.
• A self-starter, results-driven and passionate about recruitment.
• Experience recruiting accounting/finance professionals or knowledge of WorkDay would be advantageous.

About the team

The Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning team plays a critical strategic role for Pitcher Partners by anticipating future workforce demand, building capability, and ensuring the firm attracts, develops, and retains high-performing graduates and experienced professionals. The team partner closely with senior leadership to provide market insights, talent trends, and candidate feedback to influence hiring decisions and plays in a key role in the growth of the company.

About the role

As a Talent Partner you will proactively source high-quality candidates from new grads to Directors. You will use a range of sourcing channels, including university relationships, careers fairs, market mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. To do so effectively you will partner closely with stakeholders in your portfolio to deeply understand role requirements and team culture. You will also conduct candidate screening to assess capability, motivation, values, and role fit while, as a Pitcher Partner representative, deliver a professional and inclusive candidate experience.

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing in a talent short market, utilising various tools to engage professionals through direct outreach.
• Some exposure to running a volume recruitment campaign, ideally in an early careers setting.
• Confident communicator and negotiator – able to engage both senior leadership and sought after candidates and be recognised as a subject matter expert.
• A self-starter, results driven and passionate about what you do.
• Experience recruiting accounting and finance professionals or knowledge of WorkDay would all be advantageous, but not a pre-requisite.
