Job summary

• Experience in social housing, tenancy management or related sector.
• Ability to lead and manage staff and operations.
• Experience with 24/7 site operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of Unity Housing’s Boarding House Program, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality services.
• Supervise, coach and support staff, fostering a high-performing and accountable team culture.
• Coordinate a 24/7 staffing model, ensuring appropriate coverage and continuity of service.
• Manage tenancy and occupancy outcomes, including allocations, sustainment strategies and complex tenancy matters.
• Oversee site operations, maintenance, safety and compliance requirements across the Boarding House portfolio.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, support providers and key community stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk management and operational performance to achieve positive tenant outcomes.
