Job summary

Newcastle Anglican seeks an experienced Housekeeping Coordinator to lead and coordinate housekeeping across multiple Residential Aged Care facilities on the Mid North Coast. You will supervise on-site cleaners, manage rostering and performance, and ensure service delivery meets Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control requirements.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• 3+ years housekeeping, cleaning or laundry in aged care or healthcare.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and infection prevention/control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and coordinate housekeeping staff across sites.
• Ensure rostering, training and performance development of team members.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and infection control policies.
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to deliver consistent service.
