Job summary

Inclusive Support Service in Narangba, Queensland, seeks a House Coordinator to lead residential and complex support operations for young people with high and complex care needs. You will work with families, participants and staff to ensure high-quality, compliant care and smooth day-to-day operations.

The role requires leadership experience in disability or healthcare, strong communication, and the ability to manage rosters, supervision and on-call coverage in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months leadership or supervisory experience within Disability, Residential Care or Healthcare.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Disability Support Worker or similar role.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Current Paid Blue Card and Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Managing rosters, shift coverage and short-notice changes.
• Supporting, mentoring and supervising Disability Support Workers and Residential Youth Workers.
• Overseeing medication management, consumables and documentation compliance.
• Liaising with participants, families/guardians and external stakeholders.
• Conducting staff supervisions, training support and team meetings.
• Participating in on-call responsibilities and covering shifts where required.
• Ensuring compliance with complex care procedures, medication requirements and organisational standards.
