Klyvo Systems Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a BMS Service & Project Engineer to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines field service, commissioning, and project delivery across live sites and system upgrades.

You will maintain, optimise, and deliver BMS solutions while driving performance improvements and client outcomes. We offer exposure to multi-vendor environments, travel across Australia (and occasionally internationally), and ongoing training on the latest BMS platforms.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years’ experience in BMS / Building Automation.
• Experience in servicing, commissioning, and fault finding across BMS/HVAC.
• Familiarity with Niagara Framework (N4 preferred) and major BMS platforms.
• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Australian citizenship or Australian work rights.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence.

Mansioni

• Deliver scheduled servicing and BMS system updates.

Klyvo Systems Pty Ltd is a specialist building automation and controls company delivering end-to-end Building Management System (BMS) solutions across commercial, industrial, and critical infrastructure environments

Based in Sydney, we provide full lifecycle services including design, integration, commissioning, optimisation, and ongoing support of building control systems. We work across a diverse range of projects, offering exposure to complex systems and multi-vendor environments.

We are seeking a BMS Service & Project Engineer to join our growing team

This is a hybrid role combining service, commissioning, and project delivery whilst working across live sites and system upgrades. You will play a key role in maintaining, optimising, and delivering BMS solutions, while contributing to system improvements and client outcomes

There is also opportunity for travel across Australia and, on occasion, internationally

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled servicing, maintenance, and BMS system updates
• Diagnose and resolve faults across BMS and HVAC systems
• Commission system upgrades, integrations, and small-to-medium project works
• Liaise with clients to identify performance improvements and upgrade opportunities
• Produce clear and accurate technical reports and service documentation
• Work independently on sites while collaborating with internal teams and contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site requirements

Skills and Experience

• Willingness to learn and be challenged.
• Existing experience/knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Hydraulic, etc).
• Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), AutoCAD experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Niagara Framework or a similar building control software package beneficial.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (verbal & written) with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work as a team remotely.
• Australian citizenship/Australian work visa.
• Valid Australian driver’s license is required.

Technologies & Systems

• Tridium Niagara (N4 preferred)
• HVAC control systems and mechanical services integration
• 3–5+ years’ experience in BMS / Building Automation
• Strong experience in servicing, commissioning, and fault finding
• Solid understanding of BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based communication systems
• Experience working with major BMS platforms (e.g. Niagara, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell or Delta)
• Networking knowledge (VLANs, IP communications, systems integration)
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• Australian working rights

Highly Regarded

• Experience with Tridium Niagara Framework (N4)
• Exposure to HVAC systems and mechanical services
• Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering background
• AutoCAD or technical drawing experience
