Job summary

Crossmuller in Sydney seeks a Niagara/BMS Engineer to design, program, commission and support Building Management Systems across data centre projects. You will deliver automation solutions for cooling, power monitoring and energy management in mission-critical facilities.

Whether an experienced BMS engineer or developing Niagara expertise, you will work on complex projects with leading technologies and strong career growth within a growing Australian business.

Qualifications

BMS or building automation systems experience.
Niagara Framework experience is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HVAC control systems.
Understanding of building services and automation.
Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Relevant engineering, electrical or technical qualification.

Responsibilities

Design, configure and commission BMS solutions.
Develop and support Niagara-based systems.
Integrate HVAC, mechanical and electrical plant.
Troubleshoot and resolve BMS issues.
Support upgrades and system improvements.
Work with customers throughout project delivery.
Prepare technical documentation and reports.
Assist with testing and commissioning activities.

About the role

As a Niagara / BMS Engineer, you'll be responsible for the design, programming, commissioning and support of Building Management Systems across a variety of projects.

You’ll play a key role in delivering automation solutions for data centres and critical infrastructure, including cooling systems, power monitoring, energy management and integrated building controls.

Whether you’re an experienced BMS Engineer or looking to further develop your Niagara expertise, you’ll gain exposure to complex projects, leading technologies and excellent long-term career opportunities.
