Job summary

Clough Limited, part of a joint venture with Saipem, is recruiting a Resourcing Advisor (Blue Collar) on a short-term contract to support the CERES urea project in Perth. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for skilled and semi-skilled labour across multiple construction sites, collaborating with site managers and HR partners to forecast manpower needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2+ years in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, and familiarity with SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of high-volume blue-collar recruitment experience in construction/oil & gas/infrastructure.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of labor markets, trade classifications, and union/non-union dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work across the recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar positions across multiple construction sites.
• Collaborate with site managers, project directors and HR business partners to forecast manpower needs.
• Utilise SAP SuccessFactors to manage postings, pipelines, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline via job fairs, labor agencies, and schools.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills and site-readiness.
• Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of labor resources as needed.
