Clough is seeking a Civil Supervisor to join our site-based team on the CERES urea project in Western Australia. You will report to the Civil Construction Manager and oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is safe, efficient and meets project standards, while coordinating with project managers, engineers and labour teams to ensure schedule adherence on site in Karratha, WA.

The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.
We are currently searching for Civil Supervisor to join our site-based team on Project Ceres. Reporting to the Civil Construction Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and labour teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timeline.
