Job summary

Erina Rugby League Football Club Limited in NSW is seeking an enthusiastic Bistro Supervisor to lead busy service, train and support a team, and ensure guests feel welcome.

You'll manage bistro service, assist with stock, keep safety and cleanliness standards high, and lend a hand across bar and gaming when required. NSW RSA is required; availability for nights, weekends and public holidays; First Aid and club experience are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Hospitality supervisory experience is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Current NSW RSA certificate required.
• Availability for nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead bistro service and keep things running smoothly.
• Train, support and motivate your team.
• Make our members and guests feel welcome.
• Help with stock ordering, stocktake and opening/closing.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and safety.
