Qualifications

• Hospitality supervisor experience or similar.
• Current NSW RSA.
• Availability for nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication, customer service and barista skills.
• A calm, composed demeanour under pressure and provide a steady and reassuring presence for your team.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As our Bistro Supervisor, you will oversee the day to day operations of our Bistro, ensuring the smooth delivery of food and beverage service while maintaining high standards of presentation, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your day to day responsibilities include (but not limited to):
