Qualifications

• Hospitality supervisor experience or similar.
• Current NSW RSA.
• Availability for nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication, customer service and barista skills.
• A calm, composed demeanour under pressure and provide a steady and reassuring presence for your team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bistro operations, open and close and coordinate service periods.
• Lead, train and support your team in delivering exceptional service.
• Assist with staff rostering, training and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety.
• Manage customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, function coordinator and management to ensure efficient service.
• Lend a hand across bar operations when required.
