Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Customer Operations & Billing Analyst to join our team across Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. You will support a major client account with end-to-end post-sales activities, coordinating billing, queries and data from multiple systems to deliver accurate reports and insights.

The role requires strong organisation, detail-orientation and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, service and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer service and timely billing

Qualifications

• Understanding of supply chain and order management processes.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; experience with SAP or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Experience in inventory management, purchasing or post-sales support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities with multitasking.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and capable of working independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Translate and manage client requirements, ensuring alignment with internal processes and contractual obligations.
• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain management of high-value orders for major customer accounts.
• Monitor and manage open orders, billing activities, inventory levels, and key operational reports.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers, resolving post-sales issues and ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage escalations and coordinate delivery of equipment from vendors and internal warehouses.
• Collaborate with operations and account teams to deliver customer-facing reports and insights.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end post-sales operations and drive process improvements.
• Process purchasing activities through vendor platforms and procurement systems.
• Support industry and account teams to ensure exceptional service for DXC's Tier 1 customers.
• Provide broader administrative and operational support to the department as required.
