Job summary
Recruit CRM is seeking a Business Analyst to support pricing, billing, and fee management transformation programs for merchant services in Sydney. You will gather requirements, write BRDs and user stories, and work closely with technology teams to implement pricing models.
Key duties include backlog management, sprint planning support, and collaborating across finance, risk, and operations to design scalable pricing solutions using JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
Qualifications
- Experience in pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into BRDs and user stories.
- Familiarity with agile delivery and pricing/billing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Work as a Business Analyst/SME on pricing, billing, and fee management transformation programs for merchant services.
- Prepare BRDs, functional specs, pricing models, and user stories to support agile delivery.
- Manage product backlogs, support sprint planning, and collaborate with technology teams using JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Design flexible, rules-driven pricing and billing solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Develop pricing accelerators, templates, and white papers and represent the company in pricing/billing forums.
- Assist with client demos, proposals, and RFP responses focused on billing implementations.
