Job description

We are looking for a technically strong and commercially minded Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting and optimising our billing and revenue operations environment.

Sitting at the intersection of finance, data, and technology, this role will focus on ensuring accurate and efficient revenue processing across our systems and platforms. You will work closely with Finance, Technology, and operational stakeholders to improve billing performance, resolve complex data issues, and deliver reliable revenue outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Manage and optimise billing and revenue processes within D365 Finance & Operations to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Develop, maintain, and optimise complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support billing, reconciliation, and reporting requirements
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, data issues, and system defects across integrated platforms
• Perform data reconciliation activities to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity across financial and operational systems
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Support system testing, enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives impacting revenue operations and Accounts Receivable processes
• Analyse billing performance and identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve controls, and reduce manual effort
• Provide technical support and insights relating to revenue data, reporting, and system functionality

What you’ll bring

You will bring strong SQL development skills, including experience writing and optimising complex queries within large data environments, along with hands on exposure to billing, revenue operations, or Accounts Receivable systems. Experience working with D365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP platforms will be highly regarded.

You will be confident investigating data issues, reconciling information across multiple systems, and resolving technical defects in integrated environments. A strong understanding of financial processes, data integrity, and system performance optimisation will be important, as will your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.

You are naturally curious, analytical, and solutions focused, with a proactive approach to identifying improvements and solving complex operational challenges.
