Job summary

ZYL Express, a logistics company providing 3PL services, warehousing and distribution, is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to the Head of Sales / Sales & Operations Assistant. You will support client communication, internal coordination and day-to-day business operations in a dynamic logistics environment.

Fluency in English and Mandarin, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential.

Qualifications

Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese with business communication capability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal departments.
Fast learner, quick to respond and able to understand business processes.

Responsibilities

Assist the Head of Sales with daily tasks including client communication, organising documents and following up on outstanding matters.
Support and maintain client relationships by responding to enquiries relating to orders, warehousing, deliveries, quotations and other business matters.
Liaise with the Finance team regarding client invoices, payments, charges, account reconciliation and other related matters.
Act as a key communication link between Sales, clients, warehouse, Finance and Operations to ensure clear information flow and issue resolution.
Assist with quotations, client information management, sales follow-ups and other general sales support tasks.
Support day-to-day operations and help resolve ad hoc client or operational issues.
