Qualifications

An established Inner West real estate agency is seeking an experienced Bilingual Sales Associate to work directly alongside one of its Directors.

Join a number one ranked office in its local market, with strong sales and property management activity, quality listings and a very experienced team.

You'll work closely with the Director across appraisals, listings, buyer management, open homes and negotiations.

The role is hands‑on, from conducting inspections and following up buyers to negotiating offers, prospecting and generating new business.

You'll also have the opportunity to build your own client base, generate appraisals and take on more listings as you progress into your agent.
Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese, previous residential real estate sales experience and a current NSW Certificate of Registration are all required.

You'll be confident with clients, organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy sales environment.
