The position is based in Sydney with the office relocating to North Sydney in Q1 2027. It offers a hybrid setup: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with a salary

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, business development or market development.
• Strong coaching and training experience with distributors.
• Willingness to travel and occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and educate independent distributors to grow their businesses.
• Build long-term relationships and provide ongoing guidance.
• Identify opportunities to expand market reach and sales.
• Deliver engaging trainings and workshops.
• Support leadership with sales strategy and promotional initiatives.
• Utilise digital channels to engage distributors.
• Monitor performance and provide market insights.
• Participate in events, roadshows and partnerships.
