ProPharma seeks a Mandarin-speaking Medical Information Specialist to support pharmaceutical clients and inquiries related to Mainland China. Based in Australia, you will respond to medical and safety information requests in Mandarin and English, using approved resources and established quality processes.

This hands-on role combines healthcare communication, scientific interpretation, accurate documentation and close collaboration with colleagues across the international Medical Information team.

Qualificações

• Mandarin Chinese at native level with clear written Simplified Chinese and spoken fluency in English.
• Pharmacy, nursing, life sciences, pharmacology or closely related healthcare discipline required.
• Legal right to work in Australia and ability to work hours aligned with Mainland China (UTC+8).

Responsabilidades

• Handle medical and safety enquiries from healthcare professionals, patients and other stakeholders by telephone, email and approved digital channels; provide accurate, balanced information in Mandarin and English.
• Translate and proofread medical information correspondence and relevant documents between English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Identify, document and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, special situations and product quality complaints per ProPharma procedures.
• Record enquiries and actions in enquiry handling systems and ensure timely quality checks and compliance with data privacy requirements.
