Solar Panel Install Pty Ltd in Silverwater, NSW, is seeking an Executive Assistant – Business Operations & Development (Mandarin bilingual) to work closely with the business owner. This role blends operations, sales, recruitment, and marketing support, with a clear path to leadership as the business scales.

You will coordinate daily operations, manage communications, assist with procurement and data analysis, and help develop growth initiatives across our renewable energy and smart home

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Confident approaching strangers, building relationships and initiating conversations.
• Commercial awareness and a natural interest in sales and business.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and sound judgement.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis and reporting.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, accountability and willingness to take ownership.
• Ability to work weekends when required for business events, with alternative weekdays off.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Engage confidently with potential customers, partners and stakeholders.

• Conduct sales conversations, handle objections and close deals.
