OTTO Agency in Sydney is seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our property management team. The role suits someone with experience in property management or real estate and a knack for client communication.

You’ll work with landlords and tenants, speak English and Mandarin, and have the option to work from home or at our Burwood office, Monday to Friday with no weekend open inspections. A supportive, tech-driven environment awaits.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and Mandarin required or highly advantageous.
• Cantonese is highly regarded for client engagement.
• Experience in property management or real estate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with day-to-day management of residential properties.
• Communicate with landlords and tenants via phone, email and WeChat.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords.
• Respond to landlord enquiries with clear, professional updates.
• Review maintenance requests, quotations and recommendations.
• Liaise with tenants, tradespeople and others to resolve issues.
• Follow up outstanding matters and ensure tasks are completed.
• Handle client concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Assist with inspections and other property-related matters when required.
• Escalate complex or sensitive matters when required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
