Gough Recruitment in Sydney's Northern Suburbs seeks an experienced Mandarin-speaking Property Manager to manage a portfolio of about 150 properties with the support of an Assistant Property Manager.

Focus is on delivering exceptional service in a structured, supportive environment. The role offers weekday hours, established processes, and clear career growth within a reputable agency.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• COR certification required.
• Experience handling NCAT matters is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Capable of managing a portfolio independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties.
• Build and maintain landlord/tenant relationships.
• Coordinate routine and outgoing inspections.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance.
• Manage lease renewals, arrears and general portfolio matters.
• Handle NCAT matters when required.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day management of the portfolio.
