Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• COR certification required.
• Experience handling NCAT matters is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Capable of managing a portfolio independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties.
• Build and maintain landlord/tenant relationships.
• Coordinate routine and outgoing inspections.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance.
• Manage lease renewals, arrears and general portfolio matters.
• Handle NCAT matters when required.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day management of the portfolio.

The Role

You will take ownership of a manageable portfolio of approximately 150 properties, with the assistance of a dedicated Assistant Property Manager and administration team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of 150 residential properties
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Coordinating routine and outgoing inspections
• Overseeing repairs and maintenance
• Managing lease renewals, arrears and general portfolio matters
• Handling NCAT matters when required
• Ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the portfolio

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English – essential
• Certificate of Registration (COR)
• Experience handling NCAT matters
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident managing a portfolio independently
• Property Tree experience highly regarded
• A proactive, professional and customer-focused attitude
