Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Submissions Coordinator for a leading architecture and design practice. This role focuses on coordinating bids, submissions and marketing collateral to help win projects across multiple sectors.

You will work closely with the local bids team, senior leaders, project teams and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality submissions and support ongoing business development activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a submissions, bids, marketing or business development coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of bids, tenders, submissions and marketing materials.
• Work with leadership, project teams and consultants to gather and manage submission content.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of capability statements and marketing collateral.
• Maintain CRM databases, project information, key contacts and opportunity pipelines.
• Track upcoming opportunities, submission deadlines and business development activities.
• Ensure all submissions are professionally presented and delivered on time.
