• 3–5 years of experience in a bid/submissions or similar role.
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or Design-related field.
• Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate bid and submission responses and supporting collateral.
• Interpret client briefs to source content for submissions.
• Produce high-quality submissions using InDesign and templates.
• Liaise with external subconsultants and stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM and manage marketing resources and boilerplate content.
