Qualifications

  • Candidates from administration, project coordination, marketing, sales support or proposal coordination are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and production of compliant, high-quality proposals and tender submissions.
  • Format and prepare professional documents in line with client requirements and brand standards.
  • Manage bid schedules, deadlines and submission activities.
  • Review tender documentation and coordinate response requirements.
  • Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with internal subject matter experts and key stakeholders.
  • Support proposal lodgements and submission activities.
  • Assist with administrative support for senior leadership when required.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
