Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating proposals, tenders, bids, or submissions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and production of high-quality, compliant bid submissions and tender responses.
• Manage bid timelines and submission milestones from initiation through to lodgement.
• Review tender documentation, identify requirements, assess risks, and coordinate responses.
• Ensure all proposals meet branding, quality, and compliance standards.
• Mentor and support the Bid Coordinator, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Maintain and improve bid content libraries and proposal management systems.
• Coordinate executive documentation, approvals, travel arrangements, expenses, and document execution for the Head of IFM.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, operational teams, and external stakeholders to develop compelling proposal content.
• Support proposal lodgements and manage multiple competing deadlines.
• Contribute during peak bid periods, including occasional extended hours when required.
