Job summary

ADM North Ryde is seeking an Applications Technologist on a 12-month maternity contract to drive beverage product concepts and support for key accounts. You will maintain the laboratory, apply ingredients from the ADM portfolio, and work with PD&A, Flavour Creation, Sales and Marketing to deliver on-time projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on formulation, sensory evaluation, and providing technical support to the sales team and customers across ANZ beverage categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Science.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Analytical thinking and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Follows GMP, ISO procedures and safety standards.
• Apply ADM ingredients to develop concepts and prototypes for customers.
• Maintain laboratory and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Support sales teams by providing technical product information.
• Coordinate sample shipments and internal product evaluations.
• Collaborate with PD&A, Flavour Creation, Sales and Marketing to hit deadlines.
• Provide technical support to Key Account and Market Managers.
• Assist with flavour applications and stability testing.
