Job summary

ADM Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Application Technologist for a 12-month contract to develop beverage concepts and support customer-driven projects. You will apply food tech knowledge to formula development, evaluate sensory attributes, and coordinate internal testing while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Product Development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology/Science or equivalent.
• Prefer experience in a Food ingredients or flavour company.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills.
• Well organized with ability to lead projects.
• High level of analytical thinking.
• Ability to understand and relay technical information.
• Strong communication and stakeholder rapport; able to taste finished products and ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Develop beverage concepts and support customer-driven projects in collaboration with ingredients, flavours and colours.
• Provide technical support to Key Accounts and Market Managers.
• Coordinate internal product evaluation and sensory testing.
• Prepare detailed product information and demo sheets/COA for customers.
• Maintain laboratory materials and assist in formula development.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Flavour Creation, Sales and Marketing to meet deadlines.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and seminars as required.
