Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society in Lewisham, NSW, is seeking a Regular Giving Coordinator for a permanent full-time, hybrid role (3 days on site, 2 days from home). You will lead Regular Giving donor acquisition, stewardship, retention and reactivation initiatives to grow long-term donor value across NSW.

Reporting to the Direct Marketing Manager, you will create donor journeys, monitor performance and collaborate with data specialists and external partners to deliver engaging campaigns and

Qualifications

• Mininum 2 years experience in Regular Giving
• Relevant qualifications preferably in a related discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Understanding of marketing and fundraising, preferably in Regular Giving

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies and campaigns to acquire, retain and grow the Regular Giving donor base
• Deliver high-quality donor stewardship and supporter care
• Build and manage engaging donor journeys
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of the Regular Giving program
• Monitor program performance through data analysis, reporting and benchmarking
• Collaborate with internal fundraising teams and external partners
